From James Toney, Sportsbeat, in Vancouver

1. Kim Yu-Na

INCREDULOUS: A flawless free program from Kim Yu-Na put the finishing touches to a mesmeric display from the Korean in Vancouver (Getty Images)

Effortlessly flawless, Kim Yu-Na ripped up the record books and earned herself a one million dollar bonus - every penny deserved - with a sensational figure skating gold.

She kept ice cool while back home in Korea millions were losing their heads - delivering performances for which no superlative could adequately describe.

Still only 19, her rivals know she is only going to get better and better.

Katerina Witt, a double Olympic champion and a fantasy of many a now thirty-something, has already called her the greatest of all-time.

And it's hard to argue.

Champion of Champions

Just want to say...A True Champion.Real example of hard work.Congrats for releasing such a nice post.

The performance absolutely

The performance absolutely amazing, what a great champion and they deserve the medal for all hard training they had done in the past years just to achieve and win the competition or tournament.

Nice performance

I usually don't get into the winter olympics but I watched this year. Kim was hot on this ice for sure. Maybe I can teach my wife how to skate kike that.

Nice article

I was mesmerized by her performance.....and continue to be touched by it every time I watch the reruns. It's amazing that a teenager can show such brilliance on the ice--no matter where she's from!
