Sophie Unwin and Jenny Holl Secure Time Trial Silver at World Championships

Sophie Unwin has revealed that a thorough examination of her experiences with pain was essential to clinching Paralympic silver in the time trial. Unwin shared her journey, stating, “It’s amazing. We weren’t anywhere in Tokyo in the time trial; we just weren’t good at them yet.
